The quality feels really good, and it has that nice handmade feel to it. I’m happy with it ngl.

I ordered from La Fuente Imports and the product itself was totally fine, so no complaints there. The only thing that stood out to me was how long it took customer service to get back to me. I was waiting on an order update and kept checking for a response, which got a little frustrating. They did eventually reply and answered my question, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the communication had been quicker. For me, it was okay, not amazing, but not terrible either

I picked up a couple of these rustic pieces and they feel really authentic. My sister even commented on how much character they add to the room. Nice, real style without looking too polished or fake

My order got here right on time, which was nice. Shipping was fast too, and I didn’t have to keep wondering where it was. Everything showed up when they said it would, so yeah, no complaints from me.

The annoying part is the stock situation. A couple of things I wanted were either sold out or only had a few options left, which feels like something whoever runs this should stay on top of better. Overall, it’s not a bad site, I just wish they kept more items available.
